Meet Brittany Lindsay

• Brittany Lindsay is a dedicated attorney specializing in  family law. A native of Tampa, Florida, Brittany is deeply committed to advocating for the best interests of children. She graduated from WMU-Cooley Law School, where she honed her legal expertise and developed a passion for child advocacy.
• Attorney Lindsay uses her broad knowledge and experience on Florida family regulations to provide customized arrangements tailored to every client’s special conditions. She specializes primarily in Divorce, Child Custody, Adoption, Alimony, Domestic Violence, and many other areas of family law.
• Brittany is also a foster parent and Guardian Ad Litem with extensive experience in dependency cases and a thorough understanding of the Department of Children and Families (DCF) system. Her commitment to children’s welfare extends beyond her professional life into her personal endeavors.
• In addition to her law degree, Brittany holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida. Before transitioning to law, she worked as a financial planner and student loan specialist. This financial background makes Brittany the firm’s finance expert, adept at seeking equitable distributions in dissolution of marriage cases.
• Outside of her legal practice, Brittany enjoys watching Tampa Bay Lightning games and spending quality time with her husband, five-year-old daughter, and their dog. She is also an active volunteer at the YMCA, contributing to her community in meaningful ways.
